Welcome to Modvois LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website located at modvois.com (the “Site”), including any purchase of products made through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

For purposes of these Terms, “you” means any person who visits or uses the Site, and “Products” means the goods or services offered on the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or compliance obligations. Any updates will be posted on this page and will be effective as of the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have permission from a parent or guardian) and that you will use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:

– copy, scrape, harvest, or download Site content without our prior written consent; or

  1. Orders, Payments, and Order Acceptance

3.1 Order Acceptance. Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order in our discretion. An order is considered accepted only when we send an order confirmation or shipping confirmation (as applicable).

3.2 Pricing and Errors. We strive to display accurate product information and pricing, but errors may occur. If an error affects your order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund, to the extent permitted by law.

3.3 Payment Processing. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processing services. Such services may conduct fraud and risk checks. We do not store full payment card details on the Site (as applicable).

  1. Shipping; Risk of Loss

Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

To the extent permitted by law, once a package is transferred to the carrier, it enters the shipping process. If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 14 days so we can assist with a carrier inquiry and/or claim where applicable.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. If there is any conflict between these Terms and our Returns & Refund Policy, the Returns & Refund Policy will control.

  1. Made-to-Order / Custom Products (If Applicable)

If we offer made-to-order or custom products:

– minor variations are normal due to handcrafting (see Section 7);

– once an order has entered production, it may not be eligible for cancellation or modification; and

– except for defects, incorrect items, or as required by law, made-to-order/custom items are generally not eligible for returns due to preference or fit.

  1. Size Guidance; Handcrafted Tolerances; Color Variation

7.1 Size Guidance. Any size guidance is based on our own product specifications. Compatibility with third-party accessories is not guaranteed.

7.2 Handcrafted Tolerances. Handcrafted items may vary slightly in size (for example, up to approximately 1/2 inch). Such variations are typically not considered defects.

7.3 Color Variation. Textile colors may vary by production batch, lighting, and screen settings. Product photos are for reference only, and we do not guarantee exact color matching across all devices. If you are highly sensitive to color, please contact us before ordering (or request a swatch, if available).

  1. Intellectual Property

All site design, text, images, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, code, and other content on the Site (collectively, “Content”) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or otherwise use any Content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for their policies or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except as required by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase/use of Products.
